Lysebotn-Bryne is one of Norway's longest running sportives, featuring a 147km course and famous for a spectacular 932m climb in the first 15km.

Organised by local cycling club Bryne Cykleklubb, 2018 will see the 28th edition of the sportive which is considered a "must do" by cyclists across the region.

The sportive is seeded with fastest riders setting off in earlier groups; each group comprising 75 riders. 

Service trucks from Spin Bike Shop runs throughout the course. In addition, they also service station in Lysebotn before starting.

Front and rear lights are required as there are 4 tunnels in the race. 

Ferry transport to the start at Lysebotn is recommended. See the event website for further information on travel and accommodation, as well as details of how to enter.
