All routes enjoy the picturesque roads of Essex that is known for its flattish nature, however, there are a few lumpy surprises in the last 10 miles that’ll certainly get your legs pumping. You’ll then be greeted onto the the last 2km of the closed road circuit at Redbridge Cycling Centre – There are no cars here so you can really push it, maybe have a friendly race with a mate.
