YouCan Ride!

YouCan offers support to young people, throughout the South East whose lives have been impacted by cancer. YouCan runs Wellbeing & Activity Weekends, offers complemetary therapies, counselling, nutrition and exercise workshops and short breaks by the sea.

Hinton House in Westgate on Sea is YouCan's holiay home that offers young people whose lives have been impacted by cancer an opportunity to enjoy a break with their family down on the coast. It's precious time to spend toether away from the day to day stresses of living with cancer. It costs £300 a week for a family of 6 to stay at Hinton House. By asking YouCan Riders to raise just £50 this will pay for 1 person's stay.
