Wiggle Stratford Tempest Sportive

Now in its third year, the Stratford Tempest sportive starts at the easily accessible Warwick Racecourse just off the M40.

This route winds through the wonderful Warwickshire countryside in the heart of England, crossing the River Avon and a number of canals with stunning views and pretty English Villages.

You will pass Coughton Court, one of the finest Tudor Houses in the country, and the Epic route will go over Tardebigge Locks, the longest flight of locks in the UK with 30 locks.

But don’t be deceived by the picturesque surrounding, the Epic has plenty of rolling climbs during the 100 mile route and all riders will climb Gospel Oak Lane up past the Stratford Armoury on the way back to the Event Centre and a well-deserved rest.
