The Isle of Wight Randonnee is an annual bike ride organised by the Wayfarer Cycle Touring Club. Established by the Wayfarers in 1985, it is held on the first bank holiday weekend in May with riders taking on one of two signposted courses on the Isle of Wight.

It's not a sportive - entry is free, and there is no chip timing, but riders are given a brevet card which they can have stamped at checkpoints around the course. Food and drinks are available at the checkpoints, which stay open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and riders can start and finish at any checkpoint they choose.

It's a great day out for riders of all ages and abilities, and highly recommended.
