Femme Sportive

Velo29 are proud to bring you our first all-female sportive – FEMME.

We have always been keen to support and grow female participation in sportives but recognise that for some ladies there are boundaries. In recent years, we have worked hard to try and limit these for example introducing female only start slots and building a strong relationship with team Boompods but we wanted to do more. We have supported other all-female sportives and seen first hand how wonderful the atmosphere is and wanted to add one to the Velo29 family.

As with all our sportives, there will be 3 beautiful routes with fantastic feed stops, brilliant Velo29 signage, great ride support and of course the friendliest atmosphere you’re likely to encounter!

Cancer has touched all our lives in some way so we will be making a donation to Breast Cancer Now.

So, ladies grab your mothers, sisters, aunties, wives and friends and come and enjoy an amazing ride with us.
