Bostin' Peaks Autumn Sportive

The Bostin' Peaks Autumn Sportive will take riders on a choice of three fully signposted routes amongst the picturesque scenery of Staffordshire and Derbyshire as well as crossing over in to the Peak District National Park for the 100K and 150K riders. The circular courses, all starting from Uttoxeter Racecourse, will sweep riders predominantly along quiet leafy country roads, taking in some spectacular views, picturesque villages and, perhaps, the odd challenging hill!

Uttoxeter Racecourse is the event HQ for this sportive and provides the event with all the amenities that could be wished for including toilets, onsite catering and plenty of free car parking space.

The Bostin' Peaks Autumn Sportive is a predominantly 'country lane' sportive, as we try to keep riders away from busy main roads, and the routes use quiet country lanes wherever possible. We will always try and use good quality tarmaced lanes but riders should appreciate that the event is a non-competative sportive and is not a race. Therefore, speed is not of the essence and riders should come prepared to ride within their own capabilities and be aware of the inherent risks of riding on such country lanes including blind bends, oncoming traffic, tractors, standing water, uneven surfaces, cattle-grids, livestock, mud, gravel, pot holes, etc.

Places for this event are likely to be in high demand and so booking early is the safest way of ensuring that you will experience a day of great scenery, challenging roads and a very friendly atmosphere combined with post event medals, refreshments and so much more.
