Entries are now open for Etape Caledonia 2021, Scotland's premier closed-road sportive.

The next edition of the Etape Caledonia will take place on Sunday 16th May 2021. Two routes are on offer, 85 miles and 40 miles, making for an inclusive event open to cyclists of all abilities.

Laying claim to the title of the UK's longest-running closed road sportive, the Etape Caledonia relaunched under new management last year with organisers Limelight Sports taking over from IMG. The event remains based in Pitlochry, with participants on both routes enjoying the luxury of riding on roads closed to cars.

Along with the closed roads, entrants receive chip timing, feed stations, a finisher's medal and a broom wagon service for riders struggling to finish the course.

WIth this year's edition cancelled due to coronavirus, most entrants have carried over their entry to 2021. That means just a limited number of places are still available for 2021.

Standard entries to the 85-mile route are priced £79.99 while the shorter 40-mile route costs £45.
