Nick Westwood, like many others, took up riding seriously after running started to take its toll on his joints. Aged 65, he lives in a quiet part of Suffolk and still rides his Cervelo C3 which has some decent miles under its belt.
Nick has completed some great sportives overseas and in the UK, but his favourite place to ride has to be the Quantocks in Somerset. Always looking to explore "off the beaten track", particularly in Poland, his only riding rule is "never knowingly passed an open pub..."
