The Great Shakespeare Ride, which starts at Walton Hall near Warwick and rolls out through South Warwickshire villages and into the heart of the North Cotswolds down to Stow-on-the-Wold, really does offer something for cyclists of all abilities. The challenging ‘100 mile Sportive‘ will take you to your limit, while the ‘100 km Challenge‘ is a tough undulating route, but definitely achievable. The ‘Friendly 50 km‘, returning for 2019, is the perfect course for those new to cycling – a beautiful, flatter route along quiet roads with lots of support from start to finish.

The Great Shakespeare Ride is in aid of THE SHAKESPEARE HOSPICE, a charity providing care and support to adults, children, young people and their families. Your entry fee and any sponsorship raised will have an impact on the life of someone affected by a life limiting illness.
Last year, the cyclists that took part in The Great Shakespeare Ride, helped to raise over £23,000.
