The popular Ryedale Rumble made its long awaited return to the Sportive calendar on July 29th last year and despite the weather proved well worth reviving!
Run by the Friends of Ryedale School to help raise funds for our small but outstanding school, the Rumble is an exhilirating and arduous challenge.
We start and finish in the grounds of Ryedale School close to the beautiful market town of Helmsley. En route, riders enjoy the quiet country lanes of rural Ryedale, the Howardian Hills and the stunning scenery of the North York Moors. Our three routes provided something for everyone and are all clearly signposted.
Well-stocked feed stations are managed by enthusiastic and supportive volunteers. All finishers are awarded a commemorative mug and there is hot food and drink on completion.
