Haughton Giant Challenge is Stafford's first 20km and 50km on/off road cycle event.

Ride through lanes, woods, bridal paths, fields & dirt tracks through some of Staffordshire's beautiful countryside and help raise money for Haughton St. Giles Primary School & Air Ambulance.

Approximately 65% of the 20km route is off-road, and 60% of the 50km route.

After last year's success we are running the event once again! Sign up to the 2019 challenge on Sunday 23rd June 2019

The route starts and ends at Haughton St. Giles Primary School where they'll be hosting great food, coffee and drink stalls from local businesses supporting the day.

Following the success of the inaugural Haughton Giant Challenge, the money raised by the event was donated to Haughton St. Giles Primary Academy. The school, in conjunction with the PTFA, decided to invest the money into facilities for the children in the playground. During the Autumn half term, the playground was re-lined to allow the pupils to have outdoor education lessons using the lines and markings to practice the skills they have learned in the classroom. This also provides the children with some fun games and activities to play with during break times which will help their education.
