Entries for the 2024 Hell of the Ashdown sportive have sold out in record time.

The popular early-season sportive sells out every year, but this year saw demand hit new heights: less than 48 hours after entries opened on 5 November, all 1500 places were snapped up.

Packing some of Sussex and Kent's most feared climbs into its 100km course, the Hell of the Ashdown will return on Sunday 25 February 2024. A waiting list is in operation for anyone still hoping to take part.

February can mean a cold day in Hell awaits 1500 HOTA entrants.

The next date for your diary is Sunday 12 November, when entries will open for another of organisers Flamme Rouge's events, the Kentish Killer.

Like the HOTA, the Kentish Killer has established itself as an annual rite of passage for cyclists across the southeast. Next year's edition takes place on Sunday 3 March 2024.
