Entries have opened for the 2021 edition of Mallorca 312.

This year's edition is set to take place on 24 October, having been postponed from its usual April slot amid the pandemic.

Entries are priced €90 - or you can splash out for the VIP upgrade at €450 - via the ticketing website www.rockthesport.com.

While the October date is a break from tradition, regulars will be reassured by the return of three course options ranging from a 167km "short" route to the 312km headline epic.

In between there's the 225km option, which is itself a meaty challenge. All three routes set out from Playa de Muro on the north of the island, striking out west and south over the Tramuntana mountains before looping back to the start.

One of Europe's biggest sportives, the Mallorca 312 is a fantastic event and a must for any sportive cyclist.

2021 will see the 11th edition, and with entries typically selling out fast it's a rare chance to grab some late autumn sunshine in the cyclists' paradise of Mallorca.
