With lockdown officially lifting across the UK, Hotchillee have announced three new UK based road and gravel events.

The first event is The Ridgeway on 26 June 2021, a 135km gravel ride which Hotchillee reckon is among the toughest single-day events they've ever laid on.

With 1885m of ascent and the technical challenge of riding the country's oldest road, it's a gravel adventure worthy of the most seasoned off-road aficionado.

The route takes riders from the stone circles of Avebury, Wiltshire to Ivinghoe Beacon in the Chilterns traversing chalk uplands and ancient woodland along the way.

Entry costs £135 and includes transfers to the start line, manned snack stops, neutral service, Hotchillee Ride Captain support and post-ride food and beer.

Just 25 places are available and you'll need to be a Hotchillee Premium member to join.

London to the Chilterns off road: 31 July - 1 August 2021

The second new ride is a weekend getaway that takes riders from central London to the Chilterns - off-road.

"Break free of the shackles of London on gravel bikes, riding along the Thames before heading north on a network of canal towpaths," say Hotchillee.

"You'll be amazed at how quickly these green arteries take you from the hustle and bustle of town and into the tranquil countryside without having to navigate the city traffic."

Entry starts from £180 and includes two days riding, pre-pitched camping in the shadow of the Ridgeway, a 3-course fireside dinner and beer, and more.

National Hill Climb Champs Weekender: 29-31 October 2021

Rounding off the new series, Hotchillee invites riders to fit some low gears, ditch any excess baggage and get ready for some of the most iconic and challenging climbs that the Peak District has to offer!

"Based out of the multi-award-winning Peak District pub-hotel the Old Hall, Whitehough, you'll be nestled in the heart of the hills you'll be tackling on your bike," say Hotchillee.

"On Saturday you'll get a full dose of Northern Grit riding and then, on Sunday, you can get a few more metres in your legs and cheer on the UK's best climbers at the National Hill Climb Champs."

Entry costs £150 and includes dinner on Friday and Saturday night, Hotchillee Ride Captain support, manned water stops and a support vehicle en route.
