Direct sales brand Canyon have launched a new option for buying your next Canyon bike. Customers can now choose to spread the cost of their new bike over 2-6 interest-free installments, thanks to a partnership with SplitIt.
The German brand, whose Ultimate CF SLX and Aeroad bikes are raced in the pro peloton by Movistar Team and the likes of Mathieu Van der Poel at Alpecin Fenix, say the new option gives customers more flexibility.
"As payment methods become more diverse, Canyon have recognised the importance of providing more flexible purchasing options to their customers. SplitIt offers an individualised way of paying in 2 to 6 instalments, with 0% interest and no limitations on order value," say Canyon.
SplitIt works by authorising the full amount of the bike on your chosen payment card. The amount is then split into 2 to 6 equal payments - you can choose how many - and debited monthly. There is no interest, and the only price limit is the funds available on your payment card.
The payment option is live now on canyon.com, and customers can click through to the payment calculator and decide the number of instalments which best suit their next purchase.
Ex-pro team bikes on sale
Alongside the option to spread payments, from now until the 30th April Canyon is offering free shipping on all bikes.
This includes a glittering array of ex-team bikes in Canyon's pro bike outlet store.
