Harlequins Foundation Rival Ride

With just under six weeks to go until the Harlequins Foundation’s inaugural Rival Ride, Harlequins is calling for people to join the Harlequins Foundation team, club legends and supporters for the 200km sponsored cycle ride on Friday 13th – Saturday 14th April.

As part of the team you will join 150 fellow participants cycling across two days from the Twickenham Stoop, home of Harlequins, to Gloucester Rugby’s iconic Kingsholm stadium, where the two sides will meet in the Aviva Premiership on Saturday 14th April (kick-off, 15:00). All riders are guaranteed a seat to watch the hotly-anticipated clash.

All riders can take the route at their own pace and enjoy the experience alongside 2011/12 Aviva Premiership winners Olly Kohn and George Lowe and club legends Mel Deane and Jim Evans. The legends will host an evening meal for all riders, plus Olly Kohn – whose business The Jolly Hog will be familiar to regulars at The Stoop – will provide pre-ride nutrition.
