Come and join us for a short road ride with likeminded cyclists from your local Evans Cycles store. This mini sportive format features a fully waymarked circular route taking in some of our staff’s favourite roads around the store. The shorter distances may mean no feed stops on route but we'll be waiting to welcome you back with a free hot drink when you finish.
Starting from the centre of Leicester we have some urban riding to bring us out of the city then into some quieter country lanes. The first half of the route is relatively flat taking us past Cropstone Reservoir then Swithland Reservoir but don't let it lull you into thinking the ride is going to be easy as the long climb up Beacon Hill awaits before we can start heading back. Once you've hit the high point on Beacon Hill, whilst it's not a flat run back, you're losing height all the way to the finish.
Please note this route starts from the centre of Leicester so involves some riding on urban roads to get you out and back into the city centre.

There is no specific start time per rider, just turn up, sign in then join the next group when you’re ready to ride.
Additional Information
- Vouchers will be only be available for collection at registration on the day of the event and give £5 off a minimum £10 spend in store.
- On the day entry will be available unless sold out at a cost of £12.50 per rider.
- Children can enter for free but must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- All routes are provisional, distance and elevation may be subject to change.
