The Hodge 100 is an old-school, hundred miler, reliability trial on the weekend of the Summer Solstice. Setting out from Lichfield with the sunrise, the route rolls through the Staffordshire countryside and climbs into the Peaks over the Cat & Fiddle, before finding its way back to Lichfield, 100 miles later.

It's free to enter but The Hodge is unsupported. There are no feed stations along the route and no mechanical support. It's just you, your bike and the road (except for the route card too and a GPX file).

For those that complete & return the route card, there's a pearl of a special post-ride memento.
