Parsons Peddler Sportive

Come and join the Wensum Valley Cycling Club’s Annual Sportive, The Parson Peddler Sportive on Sunday 3rd September 2017, for a great day out on your bike around the scenic countryside. We’ll take you on a tour around some of our favourite roads which our group have ridden on our regular social rides in Norfolk.

We have enjoyable, signposted, 80- miles, 40-mile routes. Plus a new 20-mile route for you to choose from, both with refreshment stops the first stop being Heydon a unique village on a private estate which has been used in many films and TV programmes. There will also be drinks & food stop at Yaxham Waters. The routes can be viewed below and downloads available.

Start times for the rides will be 08:00 for the 80 miles and 09:00 for the 40 and 20 mile

Alternatively, follow the 6-mile route for free for a quick trip around Weston Longville.

The Parson Woodforde, our sponsor, club HQ and host for the day will be putting on a BBQ and will have its usual array of high-quality wines, beers and soft drinks for your to purchase during the day (as well as complimentary water for the cyclists of course).
