Starting out at the iconic Horse Guards Parade in London at Dawn, climb Box Hill with the sun rise before heading to the home of the British Army in Aldershot. After leaving Aldershot prepare to cycle the runway at RAF Odiham before taking on the South Downs on the route into Portsmouth.
