100 mile closed road cycle sportive in Scotland. The Etape Royale event hub is located in the beautiful and historic Royal Burgh of Ballater. Pedal through Moray's famous Whisky Country before testing your stamina with an alpine climb over one of the highest roads in the UK. Catch your breath at the Lecht Ski Resort before descending into Aberdeenshire's Royal Deeside.

There is also a 50 mile part-closed road route, which also starts and finishes in Ballater.

Extra Information

The Event Hub is located in the Victoria Hall, Ballater (beside the old station). The Hub is open for check-in on Saturday, 9th September from 1000-2100.

There is an event campsite, local campsite as well as numerous B&B,hotel, self-catering options available locally.
