Prudential RideLondon has announced Evans Cycles as its new official clothing and retail partner. Evans staff will be on hand to provide all the help participants need for the RideLondon sportive on 31 July, with in-store advice evenings, maintenance classes and training rides.

Evans Cycles is also working with Scottish clothing brand Endura to design and produce the official clothing for the 2016 event. All the official kit will be made in Scotland using Italian fabrics.

The fourth edition of Prudential RideLondon will take place over the weekend of Saturday 30 July and Sunday 31 July 2016, culminating with the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey Classic which will see the world's best pro cyclists battle it out in the country's biggest one-day bike race.

First held in 2013, Prudential RideLondon is one of the world's largest mass participation cycling events with 95,000 riders taking part last year.

Ballot results for the 2016 Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 will be released in February.
