Entries open at 12:00 noon today for Coast to Coast in a Day 2016. This 150 mile sportive sees riders tackle an iconic route that starts on the west coast and leads through the Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales and the North York Moors before finishing in Whitby.
The 2016 edition of C2C in a Day takes place on 25 June. With over 4500m of ascent - including climbs of the notorious Hardknott and Wrynose passes - you can expect a tough challenge, but with excellent support and feed stations along the way it's a day to remember.
