The Mendips Classic

The Mendips Classic Cycling Event takes on roads that UK Cycling Events have been taking on for years and include some old favourites from the area. With the variety of routes on offer, you can challenge yourself with some tough climbs on the longer routes or opt for the slightly shorter and flatter routes.

The Long, Middle and Short routes all make their way through the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, creating a wonderful experience for all riders, with stunning scenery all around. Riders taking on the Long and Middle routes will experience the stunning surroundings of Cheddar Gorge.

Whichever route you choose it will be a fantastic day out on the bike, and an experience to remember.

The UK Cycling Events' Classic Series is designed with all riders in mind. With four routes to choose from and nothing too technical, this event is open to anyone and with the wonderful routes and the friendly atmosphere, it is one not to be missed. 

All routes will be extremely well signed and there will be multiple feed stops provided by OTE Sports Nutrition.

After a stunning but tough day out on the road you will be well rewarded for all your efforts as you cross the finish line. Everyone will of course receive their finisher's medal, but also you will receive beer from Freedom Brewery and other goodies from the event partners.
