The iconic Cheshire Cat, one of the first major sportives in the UK, is back with the best of what was originally created: great routes, fantastic feed stations, the classic Mow Cop and the Velo29 twist, a great price!

Setting off from the beautiful Queens Park in Crewe, a fantastic backdrop, you find yourself winding your way out of Crewe to find some quiet roads in the Cheshire countryside, nothing too strenuous a gentle spin around picturesque country lanes.

The short route is perfect for novice riders wanting to start the season with an early season sportive at 51 miles it’s still a challenge but doesn’t face the climb up Mow Cop, gently rolling around the quiet lanes of Cheshire.

The medium and long routes take on the challenging killer mile of Mow Cop itself, showing the true grimace of the Cheshire Cat! The medium route at 80 miles has all the climbs of the longer 108 mile challenge with the option of saving those tired legs the last 28 miles of Cheshire Countryside and the beautiful Delamere Forest, Cheshire’s largest woodland.

All routes finish back in the Victorian surroundings of Queens Park where riders will have a choice of food, beer and a great atmosphere with entertainment for family, friends and supporters. Can you take on the Cheshire Cat and win?
