Is it too soon after Christmas dinner to start thinking about tackling massive 30% gradient climbs? We think not... and here's a competition from Struggle Events that's guaranteed to give you plenty to chew on.

Win a place on Struggle Moors.
Win a place on Struggle Moors.

The Yorkshire based event organisers have recently opened entries for the Struggle Double, including a place on the start line for their two sellout sportives, Struggle Moors and Struggle Dales. And to sweeten the deal, they're offering one lucky rider plus a friend free entry to Struggle Moors before entries go live on 1st February - along with a night's accommodation at event HQ in Ampleforth Abbey.

Choose from two routes of 180km and 150km taking in the best of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, including infamous climbs like Glaisedale Horror and Rosedale Chimney. They climbs are as tough as they sound, but you'll be in great company with a packed field of fellow cyclists enjoying a truly memorable day out.

To enter, simply head over to Struggle's social media feeds on Facebook or Instagram. The winner will be selected at random on Friday 18th January.

Do the Double

Fancy tackling two of the UK's toughest sportives this year? Entries for Struggle Moors will open soon, but you can bag a place now by entering the Struggle Double: that's Struggle Dales on Sunday 26th May, followed by Struggle Moors on 7th July 2019.
