Eddy Merckx has been announced as guest of honour for this year's Rouleur Classic exhibition. Widely acclaimed as the greatest cyclist of all time, Merckx will be the first man inducted into the Rouleur Hall of Fame on the event's opening night.

Now in its fourth year, the Rouleur Classic is an annual celebration of cycling featuring appearances from the sport's biggest stars and brands. Held at Victoria House, London, this year's exhibition runs from 1st-3rd November. Merckx will be joined in the Hall of Fame by Beryl Burton, represented at the event by her daughter Denise.

The theme for this year's Rouleur Classic is the UCI Road World Championships and in fact the event looks set to smash the record for most world champions in one room, with Eddy Merckx joined by Sir Bradley Wiggins, Fabian Cancellara, Lizzie Deignan, Paolo Bettini and Maurizio Fondriest - all of whom have sported the rainbow jersey in their careers.

Sir Bradley Wiggins, a regular attendee, will be attending on Friday to discuss his new book ICONS. More than a biography, the book takes the reader on a journey through the sport as Wiggins presents key pieces from his collection of memorabilia amassed during his career.

By exploring the lives and achievements of 21 of the sport's key figures - among them Fausto Coppi, Jacques Anquetil, Miguel Induráin and Tom Simpson - Wiggins sheds new light on what professional cycling demands of its best competitors. Icons lauds their triumphs, elucidates their demons and sheds light on the philosophy and psychology that comprise the unique mindset of a cycling champion.

Alongside the chance to mingle with cycling's biggest names, the Rouleur Classic will once again showcase a unique collection of experiences and exhibits curated exclusively for the passionate and knowledgeable cycling audience. 40 of the sport's leading brands will be on hand, exhibiting the latest cycling apparel, components, technology and much more.

Tickets to the Rouleur Classic are now available to book with prices starting at £40. For full details and purchase tickets, visit www.rouleurclassic.cc.
