The Eurobike 2019 trade show will be held from Wednesday 4th September to Saturday 7th September, organisers have today confirmed.

Eurobike, which is Europe's largest and most important cycling trade show, was held in July this year but exhibitors have asked that it be moved back to its traditional early September slot to fit better with the new product release timings within the industry. The show will continue to be held at the Messe Friedrichshafen, on the shores of Lake Constance.

Klaus Wellmann, chief executive of Messe Friedrichshafen, said: "The wish expressed by numerous market players to move Eurobike to a later date in future has received tremendous support both during and after the past trade exhibition. We are now pleased to be responding to this wish and are moving Eurobike back to its traditional date at the beginning of September."

Eurobike will continue to be a trade-only show for the first three days of the event and then will be open to the general public on the Sunday.

It is not yet known when the Eurobike Media Days will be held.
