Fancy a spin with Jens Voigt this morning? The former Trek and (briefly) track star will be on the virtual training app Zwift from 11:00am UK time for a social ride.
Jensie will be joined by teammates from Trek Factory Racing as they enjoy a rest day at the Tour de France. To tag along on the ride, sign in to your account at zwift.com and click the "Listen In" button to hear Jens' live broadcast.
If you're at work and can't ride along, you can still watch by logging in to Zwift and clicking 'Just Watch' on the 'Paired Devices' screen.
Throughout the ride Jens will be answering questions about his Tour experiences. To ask a question simply post it to GoZwift Facebook and Twitter accounts with the hashtag #AskJensie.
Worried about handling the pace? Nothing to fear: Zwift say: "This is a casual ride so expect a moderate pace. We'd like to keep the group together but don't worry if you're dropped, you'll still be able to listen in.
"You can also do U-turn with the Zwift Mobile Link app and intercept the group on their next lap."
