It simply doesn’t get much more stunning than this ride through the Mendips Hills. The fact that the route dips into Cheddar Gorge – consistently voted as one of the best locations for cycling in the UK – helps, but other parts of the sportive will leave you wanting more, even after you’ve crossed the finish line.
