The Continental Welsh Wild West Sportive is the final event of a week-long festival of cycling in Aberystwyth, 'AberCycleFest'. With fringe events all week, leading up to a weekend of criterium racing, downhill mountain biking and the Welsh Wild West sportive. Why not stay a few nights and witness the Pearl Izumi Tour series race, as seen on ITV4 whilst enjoying a weekend break by the seaside?
The sportive is now in it's fourth year, and always takes place on the Sunday of the May Bank Holiday weekend, just two days after the Pearl Izumi Tour Series race in the town. Choose from four routes to suit all abilities, with our Cawr 114 mile ride including 10,000 feet of climbing over some of the lesser known, but equally as impressive Welsh hillsides.
Sponsored by Continental Tyres, the team will be on hand to handle service emergencies out on the course whilst the Continental Gym bag acts as our event goody bag and includes a free innertube, commemorative bottle, energy gel other snacks - great value for money!

No parking will be available at the Rugby Club, as the access road to the club is part of the cycling route, parking is available just 200 metres away at Plascrug Leisure Centre
