The seeded speed groups with timed race sections and social group riding in-between mean you can race or ride – depending on your ability. Riders have the chance to compete for Leader’s Jerseys and Age Category Awards in the timed race sections each day – or simply enjoy the ride.

Based in the picturesque town of Franschhoek, the poolside post-ride recovery afternoons are followed by warm evenings of fine dining. Non-riding partners are also welcome and can explore the offerings of Franschhoek during the day, or join us for a social spin each morning.

The final day sees riders cycle from Franschhoek to the finish in Cape Town with the traffic police escorting the 200 strong peloton through the city to the iconic Cape Town Waterfront. Riders then have the option of staying on for a seeded entry to the Cape Town Cycle Tour (Argus) with VIP finish line hospitality.
