Never mind the rain beating on your window - the real sign that cyclocross season has arrived is that Rapha have just unveiled their 2017 cross collection.

With a design inspired by the kit that US cross pro Jeremy Powers wore to his first Cyclocross National Championship victory in 2012, the new collection includes jerseys for riding and racing off-road, along with accessories featuring cap, socks, snood, shoes and scarf.

Rapha travelled to Pioneer Valley in New England to shoot the new collection with Jeremy Powers (below) and his new teammates, Ellen Noble and Spencer Petrov. Noble, 21, already has an impressive palmares - defending two-time U23 national champion, U23 UCI World Cup series champion and Pan-Am championship winner. Petrov, 19, is forging a promising racing career in cyclocross.

The area, with its miles of dirt tracks and varied terrain, has become a popular training ground for Rapha Focus and other pro cross racers and is local to where all three riders live. Noble moved recently to Northampton, Massachusetts from Maine and Petrov came to western Massachusetts from Cincinnati, Ohio where he raced motorcycles before taking up cycle road racing.
