Rollapaluza announces National Series dates for 2012

LONDON, UK - Rollapaluza has announced the dates for its National Series 2012 with eight regional qualifying rounds leading up to a grand final in London on Good Friday, April 6.

Now in its third year, Rollapaluza sees competitors ride head to head on rollers over a 500 metre course. The participants are surrounded by cheering crowds, loud music and an encouraging MC. Top riders hit speeds of up to 80 km/h on the rollers.

The qualifing rounds will run from February 7 to March 1 and will follow the same format with a 6pm kick off and the knockout rounds and finals from 9pm. Each qualifying round will have three male and three female winners with prizes worth at least £240 and the grand final will have much bigger prizes. The top man and woman from each regional heat will qualify for the London final.
